UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

To help customers continue to celebrate their special moments, we will offer free nationwide delivery in Canada and complimentary front store pick-up for online orders or previously purchased merchandise. Curbside pickup hours are by appointment. For a limited time, we are also offering free standard shipping within Canada on all orders — minimum purchase required is $200.

SHIPPING PROCESS

All orders will be shipped via registered FedEx Priority Overnight delivery for Free. Shipping is complimentary for orders over $200 to one address. Please allow 2 business days to receive your order. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Special order items may take longer. Business days are Monday- Friday.

You can check the status of your order by your FedEx tracking number & by calling customer service at 416-944-3863.

Once checkout is complete you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order and your FedEx tracking number.

*Please note special orders & orders that require engraving or sizing may take longer.

* For wedding band & special ring orders: Please give 7-10 business days for sizing & engraving.

For special sizes on rings a sales representative will contact you to inform you of the expected completed production time.
