Also within Serli & Siroan we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available by Serli & Siroan. Any third-party companies we use to provide you with services are required to keep your information secure and confidential.

Serli & Siroan does not offer refunds. Articles are accepted for exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. To exchange your gift selection please take your item with the sales receipt to our store at Hazelton Lanes Shopping Center, 87 Avenue Rd, Toronto, Ontario.

If you purchased & reside outside of Canada and have any further questions regarding exceptions for exchange dates please call customer service at 416-944-3863. Custom and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do not ship merchandise back to Serli & Siroan. Contact a customer service representative for proper instructions on packaging & labeling. Serli & Siroan is not responsible for any coverage on returned items.

All international customs, taxes & brokerage fees are to be payed upon delivery to the address specified. A customer service representative will be on hand at the following times & dates.
